Carlton Television, Producer/Diversity Advisor, with dual responsibility for programming and developing strategy for achieving diversity on and behind screen.

Cultural Diversity Network, Co-Founder - an alliance of UK broadcasters working towards greater diversity in British Television, set up in 2000 and still active.

DCMS, Non Executive Director, appointed March 2006 for four years, advising Ministers and Senior Executives on diversity, creative industries, international policy and strategy for the department and cultural sector.

London Development Agency, Diversity Works for London, Business Ambassador for the Creative Industries on how diversity can benefit business.
